The retouching (image editing, postprocessing) of a photo: it’s one of the most important steps in the image creating process. The retouching work which I have to do mainly depends on the lighting, the skin of the model, the hair and the makeup. I receive many questions about my specialized workflow, so that’s why I love to shine a light on it. I decided to explain it in a tryout public webcast through my Facebook Page. Below you can see the before and after version of the photo. With the slider you can pan between the before and after version. You can see all the details at best using a large screen. I kept the retouching process really basic and also the hair retouching not 100% perfect, because imperfections make an image more realistic. The model is Tamara Terzic and the hair has been done by Ayse Aslan.
